Accueilli par Dominique Gauthier, le Chef \u00e9toil\u00e9 du Beau-Rivage Gen\u00e8ve, Ale Mordasini s\u2019est retrouv\u00e9 devant un\u00a0 public enthousiaste. <em>Son public<\/em> pourrait-on dire, celui qui a suivi et m\u00eame assist\u00e9 \u00e0 sa cons\u00e9cration, pour l\u2019ensemble, des personnalit\u00e9s fortement impliqu\u00e9es dans la restauration, l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie et la gastronomie sous toutes les formes. Des connaisseurs fins gourmets ! A 28 ans, ayant r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 convaincre l\u2019exigeant jury de la finale du <em>Cuisinier d\u2019Or 2019<\/em>, dont Franck Giovannini &#8211; Cuisinier de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2018\u00a0 lui-m\u00eame &#8211;\u00a0 est Pr\u00e9sident, Ale Mordasini s\u2019est inscrit, d\u00e9finitivement,\u00a0 dans la cour des grands. Face \u00e0 la forte partie affront\u00e9e\u00a0 et la qualit\u00e9 du jury et des comp\u00e9titeurs, Ale Mordasini est particuli\u00e8rement fier de son titre de <em>Meilleur Cuisinier Suisse 2019<\/em> et du troph\u00e9e remport\u00e9. En direct et face \u00e0 plus de 1 200 invit\u00e9s dont la presse sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e et des principaux acteurs de la gastronomie, le <em>Cuisinier d\u2019Or<\/em> est l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement culinaire le plus important et\u00a0 le plus\u00a0 renomm\u00e9 de Suisse.\u00a0 Tous les deux ou trois ans, six candidats se retrouvent en lice au Kursaal de Berne pour cr\u00e9er en 5h30\u00a0 un menu &#8211;\u00a0 viande et\u00a0 poisson &#8211; pour 14 personnes \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter au jury dress\u00e9 sur\u00a0 plats.
